    Your team completes a brief, confidential survey to identify burnout risk and team dynamics. This gives us insight into areas for growth that may not be visible in day-to-day interactions.

  • Step 3: Coaching Program

    We deliver an immersive group coaching experience for your team based on the findings from the team survey and your ministy goals.

  • Step 5: Strategy Session #1

    A follow-up session with leadership to review survey results and the team’s experience. We co-create a customized strategy to sustain emotional wellness.

  • Step 4: Action Plan Development

    Following the coaching session, we work with your leadership to create a customized action plan for your team and organization.

  • Step 6: Strategy Session #2

    A second follow-up session to assess progress, address new challenges, and refine strategies.
