We believe you can be Holy and human.

Our Why

Behind every sermon, counseling session, worship set, and leadership meeting is a human being navigating private battles no one else sees. Too often, leaders feel the pressure to appear spiritually strong while silently struggling emotionally.

We’ve been there. The strained relationships, the weight of responsibility, the silent disappointments, we’ve walked through them too.

We’ve needed a safe space where ministry workers could tend to their own hearts, strengthen their emotional health, build resilience, and lead from a place of wholeness.

Now, we’ve created what we once needed.

What We Believe:

  • The Bible anchors and shapes our faith. (2 Timothy 3:16)

  • Boundaries are biblical. (Matthew 5:37)

  • Burnout is not a badge of honor. (Exodus 18:13-26)

  • Jesus mandated rhythms of rest and renewal. ( Mark 6:31)

Our Founder’s Journey

During my decades-long ministry journey, I have experienced the burnout, pressure, and emotional weight that so many leaders carry in silence. At one time, I stepped away, believing I was done with ministry forever. But in my healing, I realized something was missing: care for the caregivers.

When I returned, I saw it everywhere, faithful leaders pouring out while running on empty. Monday Grace was created to restore and support ministry leaders so they can lead from wholeness, not exhaustion, because those who care for the Church deserve to be cared for too.
